Personal data are collected when you contact us (e.g. via the contact form or email). It can been seen from the respective contact form what data are collected when you contact us. These data are stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or contact and associated technical administration. The legal basis for data processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with art. 6, para. 1 lit. of GDPR. If your contact is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, then additional legal basis for the processing is art. 6, para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after the final processing of your request, this will happen if the matter in question has been finally clarified and provided that no statutory storage requirements are in conflict.

5) Data processing when opening customer account and in contract management

In accordance with art. 6, para. 1 lit. b GDRP personal information will continue to be collected and processed if you provide it to us for the execution of a contract or when opening a customer account. What data is collected is shown in the respective entry forms. A deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and may be conducted through a message to the above-mentioned address of the controller. We store and use your personal data for contract execution. After completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked with regard to tax and commercial storage periods and deleted after expiration of these periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or legally permitted further data use was reserved by our side, about which we inform you accordingly below.

6) Use of you data for direct advertising

6.1 Subscribing to our email newsletter
If you sign up for our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. Only your email address is mandatory for the newsletter. The disclosure of further possible data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. We use the so-called Double Opt-in process for the purpose of sending the newsletter. When signing up for the newsletter, we store your Internet Service Provider (ISP) registered IP address and the date and time of the registration, in order to be able to track any possible misuse of your email address at a later time. The data collected by us during the sign up for the newsletter are used exclusively for purposes of promotional communication through the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided in the newsletter or via a message to the aforementioned controller. After successful cancellation your email address is deleted immediately from our newsletter mailing list, unless you have expressly consented to a further use of your data or we reserve the right to further data usage, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement.

6.2 Sending email newsletter to existing customers
if you have provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to sent regularly offers for similar goods or services from our range to the user, such as the already purchased, via email. For this we need no separate consent from you pursuant to § 7 abs. 3 UWG.  On the basis of our legitimate interest in personalized direct mail, we reserve the right to receive from you your first and last name, your postal address and – as far as we have received this additional information in the context of the contractual relationship from you – your title, academic degree, your birth year and your professional, industry or business name in accordance with art. 6, Para. 1 lit. f GDPR and use for sending interesting offers and information about our products by post.

7) Data processing for order processing

7.1 To process your order, we cooperate with the following service providers to assist us in whole or in part in the implementation of concluded contracts. Some personal data are transferred to these service providers in accordance with the following information.

The personal data collected by us are transmitted under the contract to the carrier responsible for delivery, insofar as this is necessary to deliver the goods. We give your payment details to the authorised credit institution under the payment processing, insofar as this is necessary for the payment.   • Right to cancellation in accordance with art. 17 GDPR: you have the right to request deletion of your personal data in accordance with the conditions of art. 17, para. 1 GDPR. However, that right does not apply, in particular, where processing is required for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, fulfilling a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;

  • Right to restriction of processing pursuant to art. 18 GDPR: You have the right to request that your personal data be restricted as long as the accuracy of your information is disputed, if you refuse to have you data deleted due to improper data processing and instead demand restriction of your data processing, if you need your data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, after we no longer need these data for purpose or if you have objected to your particular situation, until it is clear whether our legitimate reasons prevail;

  • Right to information pursuant to art. 19 GDRP: If you have the right of rectification, erasure or restriction of processing toward the controller, he/she is obliged to notify all recipients to whom your personal data have been disclosed about this data correction or deletion or restriction of processing, unless: this proves to be impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed about these recipients.

  • Right to data portability in accordance with art. 20 GDPR: you have the right to receive any of your personal data you have provided to us in a structured, consistent and machine-readable format, or to request transmission to another controller, if this is technically feasible;

  • Right to revocation of consent pursuant to art. 7, Para. 3 GDPR: you have the right to revoke the consent to the processing of data at any time with effect for the future. In case of revocation, we will delete the data concerned without delay, unless further processing can be based on a legal basis for non-consensual processing. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation;

  • Right to appeal in accordance with art. 77 GDPR: If you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you is contrary to the GDPR, have you the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your whereabouts, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.

13) Duration of personal data storage

The personal data storage duration is calculated on the basis of the applicable statutory retention period (e.g., commercial and tax law retention periods). After the deadline, the data are routinely deleted when they are no longer required for the performance of the agreement or contract negotiation and/or we have no legitimate interest in the further storage.
